In consultation with the relevant forums within the Company, IPM will perform an appraisal of the current medical aid arrangements within the Company. As a result of this IPM will then investigate, design or recommend an appropriate Health Care strategy to the senior management of the Company.
On the basis of the agreed Health Care strategy, IPM will implement the Health Care program by facilitating the change to any new medical aid arrangements by providing individual costing comparisons and a detailed membership listing to the new provider for the loading of the relevant contribution tables timeously. In addition, IPM conducts communication and education sessions to all employee’s regarding the options that are available and the costs thereof. IPM will also ensure proper communication and distribution of the relevant member handbooks and brochures as appropriate.
